Can I use my vision insurance to buy glasses?
YES! Vision insurance such as BCBS Vision and VSP may pay for the cost of your eyeglasses. Talk to our Opticians about what your Vision Benefits will cover!
How much will my new glasses cost?
Creekside Vision Optical Shop makes every effort to keep the cost of your glasses reasonable, although, we do not have a specific starting price due to the unique needs of each one of our customers. We offer package pricing to meet everyone's budgets and we invite you to review our entire eyeglass and lens selection and compare our prices, quality, and service before making your purchase decision!
*Please keep in mind, that because your glasses are custom made for you, a deposit is required when you order your glasses.
How soon will my new glasses be ready?
In most cases, your glasses will take approximately 7 to 10 business days. There are a few exceptions, such as special order lenses or coatings, but every effort will be made to obtain your glasses in a timely manner.
How will I know when my glasses are ready to be picked up?
An Optician will call you when your glasses are ready to be picked up. If we are not able to reach you by phone, we will send you a card in the mail. You may also stop by our shop any time during normal business hours so we can fit your new glasses comfortably for you. If you are unable to pick up your glasses in a reasonable time frame, you will be billed for any balance owed on your eyeglasses.
Can I receive a refund if I am not satisified with my new glasses?
Your glasses are custom made specifically for you, therefore, a full refund on your prescription eyeglasses will not be issued. A partial refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please speak with our Opticians if you have any questions on this policy.
What can I do if I am having problems with my new glasses?
If your prescription has changed in your new eyeglasses, give your eyes two weeks to adjust to your new prescription. If after two weeks your glasses are still not comfortable, please contact Creekside Optical or stop by our office. Our Opticians will evaluate your lenses and, depending on what they find, may schedule a brief, no charge glasses recheck appointment with the physician.
My glasses are not fitting right, but I didn't get them from Creekside Vision & Hearing Optical Shop, can you still help me?
YES! Adjustments and minor repairs are always provided to you free of charge, regardless of where you purchased your glasses.
